Develop a Script

When developing a script, one must first know the sales process a prospect goes through. Here is a sample sales process:

1. customer enters your business
2. build rapport
3. what is their need
4. show them where the item is
5. assist with any other items they are in need of
6. proceed to check out
7. capture their email for future discounts mailed once per month
8. they leave
9. send email once a month to all customers
